Ipad Performance Upgrades
Ipad Performance Upgrades Posted on: 02.07.2012 by Armando Chrystal Im looking to get an ipad to incorporate into my setup was wondering if there is a big difference on speed im just going to run probably touchosc, liine, apps like those will it make a noticable difference between 1st Gen to 2nd Gen or 2nd Gen to 3rd...any recommendations or insight would help | |

| Ashanti Andreacchio 02.07.2012 | I have the original iPad and it runs just about any controller app I can believe of but I've hardly used it for anything produtive or dj'ing. My son uses it to whatch cartoons and play some games on. But if you are going to get an iPad I would sugest going for a new as it will be more future proof. |

| Nedra Fresneda 02.07.2012 | Most apps still work with iOS 4 and control apps aren't too intensive on the device. The only ones that are asking for the latest hardware are (as always) games. 1st gen ipad still has some life left in it. Things will change once the second gen goes out and they only focus on retina programming. You don't the shiniest new device to DJ If you can get a newer one for a good price go for it, I prefer the bulkier design of the first one. |
