Uneven travel of buttons on Xone:K2
Posted on: 06.07.2012 by Willia Iran
Hi!

I just got my Xone:K2 and I immediately noticed that the travel of the buttons in the button grid have very uneven travel. The top right button (D) travels far and has a very distinctive clicking response, while the top middle right (C) has almost no travel and generates no satisfactory clicking feedback when pressed. The other buttons vary between these two extremes.

So, what I want to know is if this is adjustable by me somehow. Will adjusting the screws on the front panel have any effect on this issue? Is there something else that I can try?

If not, is this expected? As it is, I

I'd take it back of possible. Sorry to hear about your troubles, get in touch with your dealer and they should be able to sort you out.
