So an effect rack then a macro to control it all?

A video would probably explain it better than if I try to type it out. Do a search for Ableton effect rack and macro control and you should get a bunch of tutorials on Youtube.

Once you setup the effect rack and macro, then just do the simple midi mapping to map it to the MF.

Click the midi button in top right of Ableton, everything should be highlighted in a purple color.

Then click on the knob you want in Ableton, then move the knob or slider you want on the MF. That should map it.
