Inside of a vestax?
Posted on: 09.08.2012 by Caridad Fan
Hey guys,

I'm trying to find out which plug goes where inside a vestax. Any ideas where to get this information? Any images of the insides?

I bought it already disconnected.

dripstep don't you see the wires that are not connected? There are 8 group of wires to connect.

You're right you're right. The mixer i'm trying to assemble is the vestax vmc-004 XLu. I can't find the insides of that one anywhere so... if i find at least another...

The plug... that's a tricky one. I don't remember the name but it's an inside plug that most of consumer electronics use to connect ribbon / wire cables between PCBs.

I believe the only place you'll get a schematic is from a Vestax approved service centre, try call one local to you and ask for a PDF or photocopy?
