Mono bags customer service - AWESOME! Posted on: 17.08.2012 by Evie Wecker I have a mono EFX 365 bag that I got when I was using a xoneX. Long story short, after 2 years and a few months, one of the plastic things on the left strap broke, making it non-usable.Mono has a 3 year warranty on their bags. After supplying them with a picture and letting them know I was interested in the Kontroller bag since I now use an S4, they are now replacing my bag with a Kontroller bag, free of charge. I couldn't have asked for better service. | |
