definately, i tend to go more technical and experiment as the evening progresses but with also holding down a full time job i don't get much time to practice

rubbish i play at a bar on a thurs and a club on a friday, and i can honestly say that a lot of the guys that play only at home are probably more technically skilled than i am, i've only been playing for getting on for 2 years, and both venues are open format/commercial, so i rarely get to play what i really want to play, but i do go off on one every now and then, and just do my own thing... normally about 4am when i've been playing since 10pm :P

Bedroom! Damn my full time job, i'd love to play out. With my vote, the polls are even at 24 and 24.

I play at home, though I'm trying to get into clubs... Have had a few gigs, one with a bigger name Dj but that's it.

Bedroom dj for me, but most of those gigs involve me setting up all of my old stuffed animals up in various club poses, I give shots to the ones I've had for at least 19 years, and the remaining just get water. Then I turn on the light show and rock those fuzzy buggers.
So I guess I'm a club DJ.

Note to self: Fuzzy Bugger is a good DJ name. I have to remember that for the next name thread.

at least the cats, dogs, insects, cockroaches & ants never complained about the hardtrance i'm playing. unlike in a wedding or any public venue.
my parents dont actually cared for my music coz they're doing their thing downstairs :P
that would add close to 5 years going strong in the bedroom...

My bedroom smells like a bar most of the time. And could probably compete with most small bars for the amount of booze it has in it......

This.

I work a full time job during the week (9am-5pm). DJ usually once/twice a week in bars and clubs, but sometimes upto 4 days a week DJ'ing in bars and clubs. Can be exhausting.

I love to take my bedroom to the club. But during my breaks on saturday when the band plays, i can chill on the beach chairs. And on sundays i sit on a bar stool dj'ing at the beach. For me it was a natural progression from bedroom to beach chair.

And they still pay me.
