Traktor licence question
Posted on: 16.09.2012 by Arla Seniw
Hi, i have an S4 and might be looking at selling it in the future, i also have the scratch upgrade kit for it and and certified mixers.

If i was to sell the S4 and buy a scratch certified mixer i.e. DJM900 nexus.

Would i have to unregister everything and buy another standard TP2 licence and add the upgrade key to that.

Or could i just unregister the original TP2 licence and not have to buy anything else?

The scratch kit will become bound to your S4 license if you use it. Your best bet is either sell it without a license or get a separate one for the sale.

The scratch upgrade only unlocks timecode functionality, it's not a full software license.
