Sampling from Youtube
Posted on: 17.09.2012 by Jerica Salava
I wanted to get a sample of a politician speaking on Youtube.

My PC doesn't have Stereo Mix output in the mixer options

I swear that DJTT had a tutorial post on this a little while back.

I can't find it.

Thanks.

I'm lazy and using Piezo from the Mac App store to get anything recorded. Cheap. Beats setting up loopback channels on my Saffire mixcontrol over and over.

Make sure to right click and choose to show all devices so stereo mix shows up.

1. Download with FLVTO and edit with Audacity

2. Buy an 3,5 mm Jack - 3.5 mm jack and wire your out to your in. Then record with Audacity.
