Tecnical party mix 70-130bpm/50tracks 61mins

This is live recording of my new years eve set. In this dj AM styled set I cut, mix, scratch and juggle my way thru reggae, hip hop, funk, jazz, ska , brokenbeat and electro. There's a handful of my favorite live bootlegs remix's that I'm quite proud of. It's my first upload and not it's as tight as I'd like it to be, but depending on feed back I may attempt a neater version. My set was in between hip hop djs and dance music djs, so to help smooth the transition I've tried to create a set that brings all elements of either style's in to 1 mad hour.

It kicks off with some pretty traditional mixing, but It certainly gets more complex as the mix goes on. My favorite part has to be the frank sinatra on top of fake blood and straight in to daft punk.

Kit used: 1210's, pioneer 707, Traktor scratch pro dvs, some real vinyl too, nano pad, nocturn

Hey every one. Really appreciate the dj love! A lot of time went in to preparing this mix so kind words from fellow peers means a lot, so thank you. It'll most probably be a while before I make another mix like this, I love many genre's of music. So I promised my self I'd make some more traditional mix's focusing on one genre at a time before I come back and make another multi genre turntablist styled mix. Plus, then it give's me a while to find a few more unique tracks to shoe horn in. But if your interested and wanna hear more please start following my soundcloud and subscribe to my youtube channel

Once I get a half decent camera I plan to film some of my bootleg remix's from the above set.
