Tatum Ansaldo 16.06.2011 | Just wrote out a massive reply then there was a server error. fml. In essence, pretty good. Couple of points: - the mixes are fine, you've clearly worked out phrasing etc, but the mix itself is very drawn out, by which I mean that it's quite slow moving. For example, 20 minutes in you'd still only played 3 tracks. Think about not always waiting for the final outro, but using a breakdown in the middle or something, or cutting bass and layering in elements of the next track. If the mixes are a little more frequent it'll up the energy, and it'll be more interesting for a promotor to hear. - at 39 minutes you went a little heavy on the gater. - the intro of 'hello' is pretty quiet. - what was that outro about! Overall though, well done. |
