Forum Mix Competition Results Posted on: 02.10.2012 by Edwardo Rothenberger Well done to the following.Breaks hip/hop winner is Manchild. Trance winner is Sarasin. House winner is keithace. Techno winner is stewe. Open winner is BFLY. I found it good fun. I was House Mix 3 and it was pretty close between me and Keithace for a while. At one point I was ahead, then it was a tie, and then he took me in the final straight . Well done Keith, and all winners and participants Deep House delivers Sarasin, I normally hate trance, and whereas I would never play your style, I have to take my hat off to you for the sheer mentalness of that mix, and it wasn't cheesy like a lot of trance I've heard. BFLY, your's was the last I heard and it really is nice to hear such an eclectic mix. Stewe's was awesome, really good Techno Mix. | |

I do have to say that Mix 2 was far better than mine (I listened to it and then promptly voted for it over my own mix). So hearty congratulations to Stewe on his Victory. Thanks also needs to be given to : a) All the People who took the time to listen to the Mixes and Vote. b) People who left Feedback in the Threads about the mixes c) PhotoJojo taking the time to organise the Mix Hosting, Threads and Polls. Looking forward to trying my hand in the next Mix Competition whenever it maybe. |

| Charline Dye 01.10.2012 | Congrats to the winners! And the not winners too! I enjoyed listening to all the mixes and participating. I had a thought that maybe it could be a once a month or every other month ocassion, but only have one or two genres per competition/month. That could mean fewer entries to listen to, so more votes, but more entries for the genres also. Or just keep it the same and do it every 3-4 months. What do you believe? |
