No love for techno?

No love for techno?

Techno doesn't get much love around here, but I thought I would post this mix anyway for those who may be interested . It starts off dubby then goes into darker territory. Any comments or thoughts would be much appreciated!

Thanks for the listen! Not really oriented fort the dancefloor, but I usually open my 4 hour sets with more chilled out stuff such as this. In a perfect world Kansas City would wanna hear music like this in primetime and go crazy for it

As for this set, good stuff. Just the right pacing of transitions to keep things fresh throughout but maintain a very steady (and pretty heavy at a few points) head nod.

I listened to your mix while grinding in Baldur's Gate. It was pretty good background music for this task. I have a background as a techno DJ myself, but my tastes tend towards the maximal, wonky, banging. As such, I can only say that I didn't especially like or dislike your track selection of techno-Im-not-personally-that-into. Not my favorite mix ever, I guess?

Great set. Love techno. This sound I feel too is only appreciated by a small
niche of people.

I personally love techno, I open with it every week and it has certainly grown on me. Some people have been getting more into it but being dirty as possible seems to the thing to do. I'll give it a listen.

Thanks for the listen! I love all spectrums of Techno, and this one definately isn't banging my any means, although it does get a bit heavy towards the middle. This is the type of techno I would love to play out but there just isn't demand for in my area unfortunately.
