traktor timing issues

ok so i have this problem with afew of the tracks that i import , the BPM is correct but the song is shifted along half a beat :/ like as you can see here the track starts on the off beat
what ive been doing is just manually syncing tracks , but still i would like to know how to make the track start on the first beat so i can sync

I guess this is the new 'improved' beat detection.
it doesn't happen to me that much running 2.5, but it seems like sometimes there are bad days where i'll get a bunch of them and then i'll be mostly fine on other sessions. i would say on average i have this issue maybe 10% of the time with house tunes.

Sometimes I just right click and select analyze again and that fixes it.

A lot of my tracks since the update have been detected as being 1 BPM too slow. I have to key the BPM in manually and the grid re-aligns.

Yes doing it manually isn't too much hassle but the point is that I shouldnt have to.

Another solution seems to be if i re-analyse my tracks before i attempt to grid.

A lot of mine it puts the grid marker half a bar in front - so the first grid marker is on the first snare drum..
Annoying when you're drunk.

if re-applying doesn't allow you to select the first beat you can also try to manually drag the track to the play marker and then apply the grid. if all else fails just move the grid to the right spot and set a load marker.

delete the grid, re-apply the grid to the proper beat, and set a load marker where you want the song to start every time.
