Deep Vibes, Montreal Bassix Posted on: 29.11.2011 by Dean Naumes We're a Montreal party crew, we've only been at it here for about a year spreading the free party movement. We invested in a decent sound system and generators and have been throwing free outdoor parties all summer. Since winter is here we can't really do that anymore so we're having small house parties, this was recorded live with no preparation. This goes through many styles of dubstep and a few transitions to other tempos. It goes on for 180 minutes, recorded as a versus set(snowphish vs. Lock0ut) on 4 turntables, sadly one of the faders was faulty and there's a few spots where there is a channel missing.(If I get good feedback I will edit it to fix the few spots where this happens. We're also working on posting a tracklist, but... yeah...)Click here to see it on Mixcloud If you like, check out our website with archives or our radio show and videos of our underground parties! www.mtlbassix.com | |

Kenton Almeyda 04.01.2012 | I listened to your mix via subsonic streaming to my girlfriend's laptop to some klipsches, with the sub turned off. She was working on documentation and I was playing "Just Cause 2" on the xbox 360. Here's my feedback. - Thanks for the download! Would have liked a tracklist. - I liked the tracklist. It was wubitty wubby without being brosteppy. You played the best song on that Truth album, "Don't Explain", which was nice. Hearing a track you have heard before, always nice. Esp. when it's not like "I can't stop" or whatever. - Most of the mixing was pretty good, I heard some rough mixes, especially in terms of phasing. The phrasing was generally solid though some stuff arrived slightly off phrase. Levels were good, esp. for a live mix. Thanks for posting, and keep at it! |
Dean Naumes 05.12.2011 | Here you go! And I've edited the parts where a channel cut because of the broken fader. [ame="http://www.megaupload.com/?d=W4W4XB78"]MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service[/ame] |
Kenton Almeyda 04.12.2011 | I would have checked this out if you had included a download link. FWIW! |
