First completed remix - w Ableton

Hey, this is my first post on the DJTT community s and also my first completed remix! There's about ten more I'm fiddling with on my hard drive. Still getting used to Ableton as my first DAW but hopefully this doesn't sound tooo bad.

I created this because it felt like the builds of the original were the best part of the song and when it lost momentum in the drop, I lost interest.I've only had a few friends listen to it and the obvious response was, it's too chimey. In retrospect, it needs a richer sound in the mid-range and the chimeyness (is that a word?) toned down a bit.

Let me know what you believe

Hey mate
Just had a listen... i can see what you mean. However i kind of like the atmospheric/space-y sounds that it puts out, especially in the build up. Guess it just depends on what kind of feeling you're looking for
I like it
