I have to import my collection every time now, when I close Traktor because when I open Traktor back up, all my songs and playlists are gone. It just started, since my update to 2.6. Please help guys

I personally don't believe it would make a difference. I left mine just in case I want to go back. 2.6 would only access its own folder anyway.

should I delete the traktor 2.5.1 folder now?

It did save and I got no error. I am able to load my collection manually but it never stays there after I close. It's always gone when I reopen.

I had something like this happen after I did a upgrade of my HD. Try this:

Go to the track directory > right click on 'track collection' > save collection.

Does your collection save?

Do you get an error in the status bar at the bottom?

If you do get an error:
-Remember the directory that is in the error.
-Locate that directory. Mine was something like -HD name/user/username/documents/NI/Traktor 2.6/backup/collection
-Erase everything in the 'collection' folder.
-Go to Traktor and 'Async' everything again. To make it faster do not set beatgrids. All you need is the little picture icon to show
-Once this is done go back to the track directory > right click 'track collection' > select 'check consistency'

If what is reported is correct then try and save your collection. Does it work???
