I'm with Razzlenazz and Awesomer on this. Loving garage, but splitting this up, as it's one set per thread.

such a shame, listening to this on laptop speakers you gotta give it a lil more bass
anyways, thanks for the feedback, cheers!

I listened to this over the course of a few days, on my laptop speakers. Here's my feedback.

- Thanks for the tracklist and download link!
- Liked the intro.. and then the "bassline" dropped and it sounded like my phone was ringing on vibrate. Maybe if I wasn't listening on a laptop but man was that disturbing.
- Don't like the fact that there are two deep remixes of R&B hits. Leave Janet Jackson be, she hasn't been relevant or worth listening to for at least 20 years. Other than that, track selection was pretty good.
- Too vocal for me, every track having a vocal, tracks don't have room to breathe. I understand some of this is the style of the garage genre...
- Otherwise, mixing pretty ok. Levels ok. Transitions ok. Phasing ok. Phrasing ok. Would like to hear more obvious working of the EQ.

Thanks for posting, and keep at it!

So I downloaded this and put it on my phone for a proper listen while at work. I am a fan of the garage sound in general but play a lot of Deep House myself. The track selection was ACE, maybe because we don't get enough decent Garage stateside, but probably because you have a good ear for tracks. The mixing was competent but there were parts where the keys of songs weren't the most complimentary. I don't use harmonic mixing so I suffer from that from time to time however a trained ear should be able to avoid small disagreements in sound. Overall a nice mix to rock out to. I will play this in my car and keep looking for more of your stuff.
