Mixing help

Hey guys. Put together a mix last evening , ill post a link in the next thread. It's 6 songs for 9 min where I mix the builds of songs together and transition at the break of each song (hitting at the same beat). I need advice on what to do during those transitions.

Not only that, but I'm looking into perfecting this loop technique I've been messing with. I take the cued song and want to loop one lyrics for 8 beats. Set that loop (make the assumption I did a perfect manual loop so it stays beat matched with the programmed song. The I set the loop so that the loop end (break point) falls at the same time as the programmed song drop and theres the switch. The crowd has been hearing the 8 beat loop with lyric for 5-6 iterations and isn't sure when it's coming, but when you transition during the programmed song build and they hit at the same time it sounds awesome. But I'm having trouble making it work consistently, I believe I'm overlooking a technique in Virtual DJ. The next thread will have 1. a soundclound example and 2. and image of what I'm talking about.
