VCI-400 Jogwheel/scratch help! (Traktor Pro 2.5)
Posted on: 23.07.2012 by Efrain Graft
Hi there!

I've had my VCI-400 for about a week now with TP2.5. Been working out how it works and most things seems to work fine with filters/fx/cues etc. Downloaded Viper9711's mappings and they seem to work great apart from one thing (and I'm probably being stupid here) - the jogwheels only seem to be able to be used to browse tracks rather than controlling the record (for scratching etc).

I've managed to get them to work a couple of times but I'm never sure what it was that I did to flip it between being a track browser and controlling the record. The 'vinyl' button doesn't seem to do it (even when used with the shift key) so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong?

Any ideas? Or should I just go with the stock Vestax mapping until I know what I'm doing?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Have you contacted author of that mapping?
