Evo5 mixer and Midi Fighters

Ok so I got the evo5, i have been trying to get it working with traktor scratch pro.

Is it possible to run two deckalized mapped midi fighters on b c deck then at the same time use a turntable as well for scratch without the mapped messing each other up? seems like the effects keep changing and I want the midi fighter effects to stay.

Also with the evo5 if any of you have one, I downloaded the TSI for it and the cross fader works as well as the EQ's but the rest doesn't seem to be doing anything with traktor, non of the other buttons are doing anything.

I'm new to midi so all of this is slightly overwhelming.
