Rocking Residence Bomb RR300 - should I get them or not? (Possible bargain?) Posted on: 04.01.2013 by Andra Vanmiddendorp Hi all,I've just found an ad on my regular IT community for a barely used pair of these for cca. 21€ with practically free shipping (they're only about 300km away). These go for 40€ in average when new as far as I've seen on various. The problem is, I can't find any reviews of these cans and I'm not familiar with the brand - so: are they worth the money? Should I get these or skip them? http://www.rocking-residence.com/col...es/bomb/RR300/ I'm currently on a pair of Speedlink Medusa NX's, so anything 'll be better than them. UPDATE: This might sound a bit stretched, but yesterday evening another ad popped in: it's about a Stagg SHP-4500, and incredibly, altough used, they are also sold for the same price as these used RR cans (21€/26$). The Stagg ones retail for about 45$/39€ and they come with a coiled cable. Can someone tell me more about these Staggs ? I've read in a couple of community s that they sound very "Ultrasone-like" (possibly their drivers?). Thank you in advance. | |
