Midi Fighter + Denon DNMC6000 problems

Hey guys. I'm running my midifighter with the DNMC6000 controller. I imported the deckalized mapping files twice, and everything seemed to be working fine, however after a while, I noticed that when I pressed certain buttons on my midifighter, it would start doing things it isnt supposed to do, like creating and jumping back to cuepoints and looping it. This doesnt happen when Im using the midifighter on its own. I've tried deleting and reimporting the TSI file several times but always get the same problem.

I'm using Traktor 2 btw. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
