Traktor Scratch Pro 2.1.2 with DDJ-T1 vs Midifighter 1.0.2 TSI Posted on: 12.01.2012 by Kenda Burlock Hi Guys, long time thread reader first time poster.I currently have Traktor Scratch Pro 2.1.2 installed using a DDJ-T1 controller. We upgraded to Traktor version 2.1.2 some time ago and did not have an issue. One day, our pioneer controller stopped working. Once we remove the midifighter 4 banks settings in the "controller settings" tab of the settings section for Traktor, it resolves the issue and the Pioneer can play again. If we add the pioneer device first using the import button on the bottom, then import the MF it does not work. Both the MF and DDJ show up, but the DDJ is unresponsive. IF you do this vice versa by importing the MF first then the DDJ, this yields the same result. That being said. When you plug in the DDJ initially, you can get the controller to read movements for a duration, but for about 3 seconds then it goes unresponsive. The controller MIDI indication light does flash when buttons are touched... shows me the device is communicating with the software. And the Audio device is working just fine in the DDJ device. I am hung up on this one, I have a strong feeling it has to do with the Traktor 2.1.2 software update. But it is required as the original version of TSP2 does not support the DDJ device. Thoughts or suggestions? | |

Leeanna Ayla 13.01.2012 | Do you have the in/out ports set correctly for each device? The correct workflow will be importing the MF mapping because it's such a big file. |
