is the midi fighter pro 4 deck friendly?

Hey guys

I've been believeing of investing in a mfp, but after using ean's s4 mapping (which didn't cooperate well with 4 track decks), I'm not sure if the mfp mapping will integrate well with my work flow.

I guess my question is, can a mfp apply effects to any of the 4 track decks without much hassle/extra mapping or is the mapping designed to be used with two decks?
