Effects Mapping changes during set-vci 400ege & midifighter 3d

I am having an issue with the mf3d where during a set the mapping for the motion effects under flashflooders mapping seem to change. So they work fine initially but after some time will stay on one effect no matter what button is used. Also sometimes it will move/change the key effect along with the filter when rolling left or right. Again, it all works fine when from the start but sometimes changes and can only work correctly again if traktor 2.5 restarted.
