Can i get Some Help Please?

Ok so i Got The Novation Launchpad controller recently and im new to this , i downloaded a couple soundpacks from Mad Zach but i noticed that if i let go of the button i set up the sound to it doesn't stop the audio automaticaly like in others videos on it ... how could i set it up to do that? .... Please make your little tut as easy to understand as possible or just link me to another page with the answer but please help me !

Toggle , it does noting diffrent that i can see , what about repeat , Gate , or Trigger? .... Also if you can help one more thing how can i change my audio's "loading time" like when i choose to play a track it taes about 2 secs to load , how could i change thatits quite annoying
