1 CDJ400 to control 2 decks in traktor in MIDI mode Posted on: 05.01.2012 by Nydia Jaurigue i wanted to ask whether it is possible to use 1 CDJ400 in MIDI mode to control 2 decks (i.e. A and B). i read that in cdj400 you can select different midi channels and i want to know whether you can have a keyboard shortcut to switch the channel and control different decks with 1 cdj400. or even to change the channel from the device itself when playing live.thanx | |

Alla Bluemke 07.01.2012 | you basically copy a deck over to another. So the song is playing on the other side internal, then you can mix the other deck in. Its just drag and pull on serato, but I don't know if you can do it with traktor. |

Margo Emperador 06.01.2012 | Jesc, can u elaborate on how to do this? |
Nydia Jaurigue 05.01.2012 | i want to do it in MIDI mode, not using timecode...strictly midi |
Cristian Carmona 05.01.2012 | yeah you can, via instant doubles or sending the timecode to the other deck |
