Do I need a external soundcard?
Do I need a external soundcard? Posted on: 05.04.2012 by Geraldo Ottesen Hey all I currently have a Traktor s4 and a pioneer DJM 900 but I am moving to get 2 STANTON STR8 150 turntables to use with timecode vinyl in Traktor scratch pro. My question is will I need an external soundcard like the NI audio 10 etc to get my set up to work? Or will my pioneer 900 be enough? Really new at this digital vinyl stuff and would appreciate some help thanks | |

| Monroe Vandeslunt 05.04.2012 | You need to buy the scratch upgrade kit for the s4 or the certified mixer upgrade for the djm 900. I recommend the latter because the way NI does their licensing once you upgrade a product the key is tied to it. |
