Gaynell Rydberg 19.06.2013 | Ahhh, so you've never used their media wallet software? I'm trying to go away from the computer. |
Kristofer Krauel 19.06.2013 | No issues at all at this point. Like I say I mainly use them with traktor. Very easy to map and no issues with latency. I've also used USB's and that's fine. I haven't linked them though even though its a very simple process. |
Gaynell Rydberg 19.06.2013 | I'm not considering Denon since I wouldn't really consider them a clone (cheap replica). I'd actually take a Denon SC2900 over a CDJ900. You haven't had any issues at all though with the CMP800s? I'm really trying to find something USB and linking capabilities. |

Reba Olree 19.06.2013 | I really appreciate your feedback KWAL You blagged them CDJS cheap haha !!! How did you get them at that price !!!!! My dad has told me to go to local music stores to ask ask about software. CDJS are the way forward though, i really dont want cheapish decks as i will be keeping these for a good few years until im ready to take the next step. |
Hellen Mindrup 17.06.2013 | I was in the same boat as you not too long ago, what I did was research a lot before buying anything though! I bought: 2x Cdj 800 MK2's from a friend which cost me $400 (Unreal, I know.) You can surprisingly find them online or at local Guitar Centers for about $300-$400 a piece from what I've observed. Xone: 22 mixer... I wanted quality without the price, but also didn't want something that was beat on for 2 years before I'd get it.. With a 22, you get some unbelievable sound quality, dependability, and a mixer you'll be proud of. If you're new, you don't need 4000 effects on a Behringer that costs $50 to learn on, all you'll do with that is distract yourself away from actually practicing your blending skills. M-Audio BX5 monitors.... $300 for the pair, but these things are insane when it comes to sound produced.. I sat at Guitar Center with the rep and we tried every 5 inch monitor they sell, and nothing beat these. You'll thank yourself for buying a pair of quality sounding monitors. With that setup alone you can get started on mixing, anything else is just an added bonus. |

Reba Olree 14.06.2013 | Cheers everyone, Im having a good look around !!! I also want to produce music and put it onto CDS to then create my own music. Whats the best free music software for a laptop or computer ??? Cheers |
Addie Engbrecht 13.06.2013 | If things don't work out, a used pair of 850's are most likely to hold their value the best (depending on how long you hold on to them, the 800's will prob be right there too) |

Emelina Chillson 12.06.2013 | If you want a pair for under 1000p. Get a set of CMD 800's with a xone 22 |
