It's my pleasure!

Since you got it all figured out though, maybe you can help me?

Did you ever get the Demo playlists to work correctly (No red X's on them)?

Thanks a bunch!

I had the same problem, and my demo playlist still don't work.
What I did, however, was to open the files on the (included) cd, go into "Factory Sounds", then manually drag them into my Track Collection.
Unfortunately they didn't go straight into demo playlists like they should have.

Also, when dragging the demos from cd, you can Shift + select all the tracks so you don't have to pick all 200+. With that, make sure you don't try and copy the one weirdo file in that folder to you're track collection, or else copying all the other files won't work.

I hope I was helpful, I had the same problem.

They are installed with the s4, you should have a two playlists labled "Demo Loops" and "Demo One-Shots".

If that fails, they are located in /Library/Aplication Support/Native Instruments/Traktor S4 /Factory Sounds
