Toggling between 4 effect mode and 2 effect mode in traktor ? Posted on: 03.08.2011 by Cliff Lohman HiIm using traktor scratch pro 2 with s4 and midifighter classic (inst grat tsi). While midifghter 4 effect mode is awesome, there are times when id love to quickly switch to traktors 2 effect mode. i like using traktor 2 effect mode because you can apply left and right effects to deck a and b at same time. Is there any trick out there to allow me to toggle between 4 effect mode for midifghter use and 2 effect mode for s4 use? A hotkey macro or something? Any guidance to point me in right direction would be much appreciated. I posted this question in a similar thread in the mf community so hoping somebody has some advice.. Thnx Kev | |

Cliff Lohman 04.08.2011 | Thnx will give bigbeatz suggestion a try |
Leeanna Ayla 03.08.2011 | Switching from 4 to 2 FX units is not mappable. |
Karolis Petrauskas 03.08.2011 | It may be easier to map a key to toggle the effects. Hit a key and it makes effects units 1,2,3,4 into "your" effects, hit it again and it reverts back to the midifighter effects. If I had to do it I believe I'd use Tab or the Spacebar. Or you can overwrite the loop recorder to launch fx presets. |
