Traktor Scratch upgrade??

Hi, i ordered my Kontrol S4 from DjTechTools because it said that I would receive a free Traktor Scratch upgrade with my purchase.

I ordered on August 14 and it arrived at my apartment on August 23. I'm a little confused as to how I obtain the upgrade. Do i have to activate the S4 and get the e-voucher (like they explain on NI's website?) If so, I can't do that because it's now August 24 (around midevening eastern time).

Does this mean I'm not getting the free upgrade? Or does DjTechTools' promotion run independent from NI? Nothing on the website said anything about receiving the S4 before August 23 to get the free upgrade...it simply said to purchase it before that date. I wasn't aware (nor was i given any indication) that I had to activate it before August 23. If i ordered on August 14 and didn't receive it until August 23, doesn't that mean this offer is irrelevant to anybody that ordered between August 14-August 23? Since they won't receive their S4's in time to activate it anyways?
I feel like this should have been made more clear on the website for people that are ordering.

Is there anything else I can do to prove I purcahsed my S4 before August 23 to receive the Scratch upgrade?
