S4 right jog wheel problem

S4 right jog wheel problem
Posted on: 25.08.2011 by Albertina Blau
Yesterday I got s4 i calibrated both jogs i had little trouble to calibrate right jog because it always showed me errors but I succeed, and yesterday everything was fine but today I tried several times to restart s4 and my mac but every time right deck(deck B and D) freezes, when I press play or cue button nothing happens than i move jog and press play than it plays song for few seconds and than freezes again, i recalibrated several times but nothing happens. Here is the video of some guy that had same problem as I have http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2o3q2...eature=related . So what should I do? I heard that I should remove platter and than put it back and recalibrate that jog wheel, so if that's solution please explain me how to remove it...
Thanks in advance!

Here's how to put it back on. you should be able to figure out how to take it off from that.

If that doesn't work you'll need to contact NI.
