S4 Basics/Guides? Total N00b here
S4 Basics/Guides? Total N00b here Posted on: 29.08.2011 by Doyle Dally Ok so I'm totally new to Traktor, S4, and DJing. I know a thing or two but I'm not that great, I can at least mix tracks once they end or after some drops, etc. I have most of the basics down. I'm still in a confused state with mixed feelings about the FX, Loop, Samples and all them knobs & buttons. Are there any guides around? I have alot of desire to advance and get really good, but without proper coaching I feel stuck. I can put the time in, I just can't put the time in without knowing how to setup stuff and how everything works. Help? I'd really appreciate if someone pointed me in the right direction. | |

You can find it in the directory where Traktor was installed, or you can access it within the program. You could probably also find it on the NI site. There's a lot more in the manual than the setup manual provides. |

Leeanna Ayla 30.08.2011 | You need this and you need to read the manual. http://www.djranking s.com/store/ess...-tutorial.html |
Iliana Seanor 30.08.2011 | I recommend you to hook up with a another S4-user and start practising together. This will inspire and force you to experiment with the S4. I would also recommend you to find the right tracks for FX, loops, beat juggle, etc. |

Nedra Fresneda 29.08.2011 | Try Native's 3 video series explaining the S4 or get Ean's DVD |
Celine Surico 29.08.2011 | Start by going over various youtube and NI videos. |
Jacquelyn Swiatkowski 29.08.2011 | One thing I've found on the internet is you won't get a lot of help unless you are specific... You can't just be like "teach me!" and expect us to go over everything |
