Just purchased the S4, can't install Traktor Pro 2? Posted on: 03.09.2011 by Dion Pezzimenti I have to apologize for being completely ignorant of this device, however, I am PC proficient, and can follow instructions so please for my sanity - help. I used the installation disc provided, opened the service center, entered in the Traktor Pro 2 for S4 serial number, then exited and then double clicked on the 'Traktor S4' desktop icon - only to see the 'Demo/Purchase/Activate' screen...huh? There are three tabs in the Servce Center dialog box, the last is 'Overview'. Even though I have registered several times now, I am seeing 'Controller Editor - Activated', and 'Traktor Pro S$ - Not Activated'. I am thoroughly confused. To make things worse, if I follow the '7 Soundcheck' instructions on page 35 of the setup guide and follow the C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\Traktor 2\ path....there is no 'Traktor 2'! What!? Seriously. Please help me. | |

Lanny Vanosten 03.09.2011 | I had activation problems too. I sent NI an email about the problem and they responded within hours. They checked my serial number(s) and sent a step by step procedure to activate my software and it worked . Anyway, that's what I did... BC |
