Tp2 not working with Tks4!

Tp2 not working with Tks4!
Posted on: 24.10.2011 by Sherrell Wolan
My crossfader and volume fader do absolutely nothing since upgrading. Ive tried the controller editor, recalibrating, and it is also not showing up in the software.
Anybody else having this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It's no problem! It can be a bit much at first trying to understand how everything should work. In the future, you should connect and power on the S4 before you load Traktor, and you won't have to hit the drop down to connect your audio device.

It's because your soundcard isn't connected. Go to the audio settings and select your audio device. If the device isn't connected you wont get the faders.

The reason why I ask, is that I had a platter problem with my T1, that was resolved by deleting all of the settings and running the setup wizard again. This included all backup settings folders.

Were there two folders in your settings folder (Backup and Default)?

Ive tried the setup wizard 3 times in a row. I also delted the tp2 default settings but nothing has changed.

Try deleting the settings folder, and running the setup wizard again.
