Lana Felicien 30.10.2011 | I just had to get my S4 serviced for the same thing, though my problem was with the B Fader and the B/D Tempo fader. NI wont fight you on a replacement. Oh yeah I got a brand new S4. |
Addie Engbrecht 28.10.2011 | the deck A fader has been a common problem with quite a few S4 users. You're probably going to have to send it into NI to get it replaced/fixed as its a most likely a manufacturing defect. FYI sending it in has been the only real resolution to this problem thus far as compressed air/ cleaning hasnt really had great results, but on the bright side seems like NI has taken care of these people financially and gotten their S4 back to them in a reasonable amount of time (at least the ones I've heard of). |
Libbie Kommer 28.10.2011 | yeah calibrating the faders didnt help either |
Leeanna Ayla 28.10.2011 | Have you tried to calibrate the fader? If that doesn't work you'll probably need to contact NI. |
