Lana Felicien 18.10.2011 | Try compressed air first!!! Shoot it in the slot. Bend the fader post as you slide the fader side to side. Try to make what ever contacts the fader uses rub against each other. Try doing it a little pushing up, slide back and forth 3-4 times. Then pull down and slide 3-4 more times. You should feel resistance when you do this. Again! I don't really recommend doing this! it just got me though some gigs before I got my service# and Shipping label. **GOOGLE TRANSLATED** Essayez d'air comprim |

Oswaldo Appeldorn 17.10.2011 | Can you please explain more what you said about cock up?? Please i'm french and i can't really understand all... Cheers, |
Oswaldo Appeldorn 17.10.2011 | Oh okay tx razehell i will try what you said, and let you know how all is going, and yes i'm using a lot the x-fader |
Lana Felicien 17.10.2011 | Just make a ticket, faders are known to go bad. They wont fight you on fixing/replacing it. |
Oswaldo Appeldorn 18.10.2011 | oh okay, a ticket or a real call?? |
Charline Dye 18.10.2011 | I would give NI a call. |
Lana Felicien 17.10.2011 | Do you use the xfader a lot? It could just be wearing out but it might just be getting dusty. Try to use dust off in the Xfader slot. If that dosnt work, (I don't really recommend this) cock the fader arm up or down or even twist it as you glide it back and forth. I lost control of my B/D volume and tempo faders, I did that and it work 98% of the time. I still sent it into NA to get fixed, but it got me through 2 gigs before I got my repair# and shipping label. |
Oswaldo Appeldorn 17.10.2011 | Tx for your answer, well yes it move in the software when i move it, but it keep when i move it to the left or to the center, it move alone to the left to the right.. |
Charline Dye 16.10.2011 | Can you be more specific? Does it move In the software when you move the physical fader? What exactly is doing/not doing? |
