S2 Cross Fader Bleeding
S2 Cross Fader Bleeding Posted on: 09.11.2011 by Vince Presutto After scratching with the S2 for about 3 days I noticed that the crossfader is bleeding. I just bought it! Spent scratching on it for about 4-6 hours straight each day. Anyone else have this problem?Would the innobender fix this? Thanks! | |

I've seen info for the innobender in the s4 but nothing in regards to the S2. So if anyone has info post up please! jim |

Nisha Latkowski 29.11.2011 | Your fader isn't bleeding...if u heard the sound when it was completely to the left then your fader would be fucked. That's actually the best for flares.. |
Jarod Perrodin 29.11.2011 | turn it down a bit and it will behave how you want |
Vince Presutto 28.11.2011 | It's on it's sharpest. |
Jarod Perrodin 28.11.2011 | You need to adjust the x fader curve in traktor preferences. Try not having it fully to the right. That fader looks like its working fine. |
Vince Presutto 28.11.2011 | Here's the video of it "bleeding" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cdcflAUnJpw |
Rasheeda Murison 22.11.2011 | Definitely try cleaning the x-fader with an electronics cleaner |
Jarod Perrodin 10.11.2011 | I bet you could clean it up and it would be ok. Have you re-calibrated it in traktor? Im not being an ass, i just doubt its actually faulty already. I've cleaned up a few second hand crossfader's that were millions of years old and they worked like new afterwards. Maybe try a can of air in there? Saying that though, If the innofader was a bit more affordable (for me) I bet you could get one of them in there. Is it much different from the s4 setup internally? |

Vince Presutto 10.11.2011 | Got a message from the owner of Audio Innovate (Innofader/ bender people) They said that they will NOT make a innofader for the s2 because of the complication in installing one. The crossfader area is right above the motherboard. You will need to solder the innofader in. |

Leeanna Ayla 09.11.2011 | There's been at least one S4 that had a successful fader install, don't know about S2. |
Garland Scarboro 09.11.2011 | honestly mate, im not sure if the S4, or the S2 has any success story on fixing up new faders yet |
