headphone jack problem?

Sooo noticed at my gig the other evening that the headphone jack cuts in and out like a bad connection if you wiggle or bump the headphone jack...

anyone else have this problem? Running Shure 750's as my headphones... disappointed that after having this S4 less than 2 weeks there's already an issue with it... :-\

^^^ This also check your cable. I use Shure 840's the cable is kinda heavy. I have to rotate it sometimes. They're old and I need to replace them.
