So my daughter broke a phono adapter in my S2 Posted on: 31.12.2011 by Jamila Citino I have a pair of headphones with a 1/8 phono plug, going into an 1/4 adapter into my S2. So to my chagrin, my daughter somehow broke the tip of the adapter into my S2 phono plug. So far I have been able to unloge the piece out. Does anyone know if I open up the case if there is any access to the back of the plug to push it out? | |

Leeanna Ayla 01.01.2012 | There's probably not access to it from the inside. Try the glue thing, the tip should be solid so you won't need to worry about glue getting in your mixer. You could also try turning a screw into it and pulling it out. The tip will probably turn as you turn the screw though so you might want to just jam it in... gently. |
Jamila Citino 01.01.2012 | There is so little light and all the photo either gets washed out or it's too dark to show the tip of the plug. Hmmm paperclip and glue, sounds like that might work. |
Romelia Stankard 01.01.2012 | you mean stereo right? phono = rca Take a picture of it, there might be an easier way to get it out and even if you opened it the jack is enclosed so you couldnt push it out. if the plug is hollow at all where it broke you could probably fish it out with a paperclip and maybe a little glue. |
