How to set S4 pitch fader to feel like Technics 1210? Posted on: 22.01.2012 by Annalisa Shogren Hey all, as the title says... E.g. What settings would I want in the tempo section under transport in preferences? Also bearing in mind that the S4 pitch fader is shorter than the 1210 so take that into consideration? It's been something I've been pondering for a long while and as I'm looking to buy a Technics, I feel I should have the other pitch faders to match... | |

Annalisa Shogren 22.01.2012 | Ok cool, I'll give it a go. When I said 'feel' I didn't mean as in the actually feeling of it when it moves up and down. Thanks. |
Addie Engbrecht 22.01.2012 | S4 fader feels nothing like a 1210 fader. Not sure how this is gonna help, but the s4 fader is about half the size of the 1210. So maybe set the pitch to 4% ? If you plan on getting a m5g maybe set it to 8% if you plan on using the +-16% on it. I dunno man.... |
