S2 Jog Wheels controlling Traktor Pro "1" Posted on: 22.02.2012 by Wayne Washko hey all, just trying to figure out what i put the Controller Editor settings to for the S2 jog wheels. i want scratch function and pitch bending jog wheels - the "standard" scratch on top platter and bending on the outer edges. I believe the traktor mapping part is easy - just not sure what to set the editor software to. Please HELP! | |

Wayne Washko 24.02.2012 | hmm, that didn't work unfortunately. but i got the outer edges of the platters to pitch bend. just selected the stepless bending function - wheels turn function in Controller Editor are set to CC relative - don't remember the exact function. one note is that the button designated for loading to deck A had the same midi command so i had to change that button to channel 3 instead of 1 - because each time i turned the jog wheel it would try to load a new track. that took a while to figure out. but on that note, it you ever wonder why something funky is happening after some custom mapping - just select the one giving you grief and scroll through your map. if you see another item highlighted yellow, you're double mapping something. |
Wayne Washko 23.02.2012 | thanks no request - have seen a couple of your u-tube vids. was hoping someone with advanced mapping knowledge could reply. i'll try it toevening when i get home from work. |
Lashay Walchak 23.02.2012 | If I had to guess I'd say For the turn part of it: CC Absolute Check "Wrap" box |
