hows it feel using an endless encoder for controlling the filter with the S2? Does it feel crap or is it not so bad?

What other options are the for the filter on the S2?

If you use it like an FX like I do, its pretty smooth. Its just like a regular filter bro. Not much movement is required if you keep the wet at 100% but playing around with it is definitely cool

I actually felt the same way. Holding shift and using the knob is too much, plus its really choppy, not smooth at all. Now i just load the Filter FX onto the fx knobs and use that instead. Simple fix

It's actually pretty smooth once you get used to it. It isn't as "notchy" after a while. And yea it's really handy to be able to push on the knob turn off the filter quickly.

It's not too bad, I was worried too.

Actually quite like that it's a push encoder for turning it on/off. That's a nice touch

Its no so bad with the standard setup, no idea why it was mapped too a notchy encoder though.

There are loads of different options, my map has jog filters, & regular knob filters built in. You can map whatever you like to control it. Its easily fixed
