Traktor S4 : Live Input to Sample Deck setup

Good Day Everyone (again ^^),

Is it possible to have a "live input" deck being used to send sample to "sample decks" using a Traktor S4 as Audio Device / Output Routing 'Internal'. On the S4 - it looks like you can only have "live input" feeding deck C or D which are at the 'bottom' of the GUY - and for some reason, I believe it is only possible to send 'samples' to the 'sample deck' located below...

Once again, thanks for your patience and answers!

Ok I've re-read your question: put the loop recorder source to either aux or external (sorry I don't remember which one, check the manual). then once you've recorded your loop within the loop recorder you can then use the copy mode from the s4 to put the loop to any available sample slot within decks c or d.

Salut Yul,

thanks for such a quick reply - I will try applying your tip ASAP and will let you know if this works.

Never tried with live input(s) but I'm pretty sure (mmmh, not exactly) you can record at the very least with the loop recorder and use the copy mode to put the loop in any slot available of the sample decks.
