s4 Channel D Problem

s4 Channel D Problem

Hello, Last weakend i use my s4 with a mic (i never do it) so i configured the settings to do it and all worked fine.
Now i'm trying to connect, (as i'm used to) my turntables chanel c works "ok", but channel D doesn't reacive any signal , just work the mic entrance and there is not mic connected, Please help i've tried even too reestar all values and settings but nothings seems to work...HELP

Try plugging and unplugging a mic a few times to see if you can get it to react again. Sounds like a hardware problem to me.

Open a ticket at NI's website or give them a call.

It looks like a hardware problem, any advice about how to get some support ? it's been less than a year since i bough it.

Well you still want it to be positioned to "Track Deck" when using timecode.

If you want to use your turntable as a live input, then you will want to set the back of the S4 to "thru" and the deck itself to "Live Input."

it works ok with a track deck, what i want it's to input a turntable in live input channel d , i've switch in in phono position , usb (not thru) preferences channel d input L/r, and it just works with the mic not with line ot phono even thru

Click on the big "D" on deck D. Set it to "Track Deck."

yes the switch in in phono position , usb (not thru), i've tried with line and it doesn't work either

edit: nvm read it wrong.

did you switch it back to phono?

it seems to be stucked in mic option

yes it is set to usb, and doesn't get any sound

Did you check on the back of the unit that it wasn't set as thru?
