When using jog wheel to adjust phase on track cued thru headphone against track playing, is there a way to retain that phase position after hitting stop/play to re-cue track?

Doesn't make sense as you're stopping the track. However you can loop the track, make your adjustment, leave the track looped, launch it and deactivate the loop.

Like Yul said, only thing that will come near to what you want is readjusting the beatgrid.
