Please Help =(( Video describing problem

Hey guys, recently switched laptops and now i'm having a world of problems. I can't run the audio through my S4. As soon as I click to route the audio out of the S4 instead of the Core Audio, I get a clicking noise very similar to the BPM tick but thats not it. As soon as I click to play a track it plays a horrendous noise. It's not the audio file because it plays fine when using the core audio. Also another problem is that even though I have jog wheels set to control the filters, when I click the load button it's still loading the track. But please help me out! Here's a link to a video of me describing the problem so you can get a more in depth view on it (this is not a scam to get you to look at one of my performances or something this is really a problem -__-) any help is appriciated!

Computer Specs:
15" 2012 MacBook Pro
2.6 GHz Intel Core i7
8GB 1600MHz DDR3
Traktor 2.0.1
Traktor S4
Midifighter

This is a shot in the dark, but is it one of the new Macbook Pros with USB3? If so, I don't believe NI have updated the drivers for USB3 yet. I know that was the case a few weeks ago.
