| Alyce Southey 08.10.2012 | you need to install the Controller Editor. I had the same issue. Traktor will recognize it but you need the editor for the software to see in and out. |
| Kellie Myrum 29.09.2012 | Does it send MIDI at all? If controller can't appear in MIDI In/Out ports then try to change to some other USB socket or to reinstall it. If that doesn't help then your unit seems to be defective. |
