There is an S4 at the club, can i just plug in my laptop or are there licence issues? Posted on: 07.09.2013 by Errol Eleby Sounds weird, but i heard you can only plug a certain amount of laptops into an S4.Something to do with the software licence. I'm running a Macbook Pro (I own an S4 but want to leave it at home toevening ). My friend's laptop is at the club toevening . I should be able to plug and play right? It is that simple? The last thing i want is getting down there and having any problems. Any help much appreciated. Cheers!! | |

Alphonso Deitchman 13.09.2013 | There is no license lock for Traktor hardware. Anyone with Traktor Pro 2 can use any S4, as long as the drivers are installed. |
Warner Rotberg 12.09.2013 | I bought a 2nd hand S4 off a mate, I plugged it in (he had already previously registered it or just the software, its not clear which and it still is registered) and it worked fine! Played at a gig with it, no problems. |
